es für die Entscheidungsfindung kein allgemeingültiges Rezept geben, sondern die Ent
scheidungsfindung wird und bleibt organisationsindividuell und ist von den Rahmenbedin
gungen in der Organisation abhängig

should take place an intensive preoccupation with what coaching is representing and offering
as a specific form of consulting. Only provided with this basic information it makes sense that
other aspects such as benefits for the organization, coaching needs, organizational integra
tion, cost-benefit considerations, etc. are considered in order to find out if coaching in the
organization should be implemented. Nevertheless, there can be no universal recipe for de
cision making and taking the decision need to remain dependent on organizational individual
