      Wir freuen uns sehr, euch alle hier im „International Centre“ begrüßen zu dürfen. Dieser virtuelle "Raum" soll euch Einblick(e), aktuelle Informationen und Vernetzungsmöglichkeiten mit uns, aber auch untereinander bieten.
      Einerseits erwarten euch Informationen zu Erasmus+- und Freemover-Aufenthalten, aktuelle Calls und Angebote zu Auslandsaufenthalten, Informationen für FERNFH-incoming-students and -guests, sowie Vernetzungsmöglichkeiten untereinander, euch in euren Sprachen auszutauschen, zu verbinden und zu unterstützen.

    • Fachbezogene Auslandsaufenthalte und postgraduale Studien bilden eine wichtige Verbindung zwischen dem absolvierten Studium im Heimatland und einem qualitativen Berufseinstieg oder einer Berufsfortsetzung weltweit. Sie führen zu neuen Möglichkeiten, fachspezifisches Wissen zu erwerben und vermitteln überdurchschnittliche soziale, sprachliche und interkulturelle Kompetenzen.

      Subject-related stays abroad and postgraduate studies form an important link between the studies completed in the home country and a high-quality career start or a career continuation worldwide.       IBS Americas is thrilled to announce that we are now accepting applications for scholarships at the State University of New York (SUNY)! These scholarships are designed to empower talented and ambitious individuals to boost their resumes and skills through short-term programs in high-demand fields like Marketing, Finance, and Management while sharpening their Business English proficiency through international experience in the United States.

      How to Apply:

      1. Access the link and fill out the Preliminary Form to obtain detailed information about the university and programs: Business Programs in New York.

We have several Study/Intern Abroad programs that run year-round and have a duration from 2 to 12 weeks.     • Freemover@FERNFH bietet vorallem berufsbegleitenden Studierenden oder Studierenden mit Betreuungsaufgaben aus dem Ausland, welche ein Auslandssemester machen möchten/müssen, die Gelegenheit, Erfahrungen bei uns zu sammeln und ihr Studium absolvieren zu können, ohne für ein gesamtes Semester/Jahr den Wohnsitz verändern zu müssen. Eine Kooperationsvereinbarung zwischen der Heimatuniversität/-hochschule und der FERNFH ist dafür nicht notwendig.
      Alle notwendigen Informationen für ein (oder mehrere) Semester @FERNFH findet ihr auf unserer Website. 

      Freemover@FERNFH offers part-time students or students with work or caring responsibilities from abroad, who would like to / need to spend a semester abroad, the opportunity to gain experience and complete their studies without having to change their place of residence for an entire semester/year. A cooperation agreement between the home university/college and FERNFH is not required.

  • 🇪🇺 Erasmus+

    • Das European Policy Statement ist die Grundlage für die Teilnahme am Erasmus+-Programm und beschreibt die Internationalisierungsstrategie und die Ziele der FERNFH. Aktuell arbeiten wir an der Einreichung zur ECHE - European Charta for Higher Education - welche eine Voraussetzung ist, um an Erasmus+-Programmen teilnehmen zu dürfen. 
      Sobald der FERNFH die ECHE verliehen wird und wir Teil des Erasmus+-Programms sein können, werden wir hier genauere Informationen zu Mobilitäten und Aktivitäten posten. 

      The European Policy Statement is the foundation for participation in the Erasmus+-programme and describes the internationalisation strategy and objectives of FERNFH. We are currently working on the submission to the ECHE - European Charter for Higher Education - which is a prerequisite for participation in Erasmus+ programmes. 
      As soon as FERNFH is awarded the ECHE and we can be part of the Erasmus+-programme, we will post more detailed information on mobilities and activities here.

Dies beinhaltet alle Aspekte - auch diesen Raum. Bitte schließt niemanden aus, verwendet eine geschlechtsneutrale und -einbeziehende Sprache und sorgt dafür, dass sich alle angesprochen, respektiert - und glücklich fühlen 😊

    • Das Sprachenzentrum der Universität Wien bietet seit vielen Jahren Deutsch- aber auch Fremdsprachenkurse für alle Interessierten ab 16 Jahren an. In einem interaktiven Setting lernen die Kursteilnehmer*innen die Zielsprache in Kursen von bis zu 16 Teilnehmer*innen auf den Sprachniveaus A1 bis C2. Die Sprachkurse werden vor Ort in Wien aber auch online angeboten. Dabei decken sie ein breites Spektrum ab - von allgemeinen Sprachkursen zur Verbesserung der Sprachkompetenz bis hin zu fachsprachlichen Kursen, die gezielt auf akademische und berufliche Anforderungen in spezifischen Disziplinen vorbereiten. Insbesondere für Studierende, die ihre Sprachkenntnisse für ein Studium oder einen Erasmus+-Aufenthalt nachweisen müssen, sind diese Kurse äußerst attraktiv. Sehr beliebt sind Sprachkompetenznachweise. Das Sprachenzentrum bietet auch Prüfungen an.

      Das Attraktive daran: FERNFH Studierende bekommen eine Ermäßigung von 25% auf die Kursgebühr!

       
      Und bei positivem Abschluss sind auf dem Kurszeugnis ECTS-Punkte ausgewiesen, welche an der FERNFH im Rahmen der Individualcurricula (in den Studiengängen, in denen diese vorgesehen sind) angerechnet werden können.
      Solltet ihr also Lust an einer (neuen) Sprache oder Bedarf an weiteren sprachlichen Kenntnissen haben, nützt diese Kurse, betreut von kompetenten Vortragenden, für eure persönliche Entwicklung! Wir können euch dies nur ans 🧡 legen.

      The Language Center of the University of Vienna has been offering German and foreign language courses for all interested parties aged 16 and over for many years. In an interactive setting, course participants learn the language in classes with up to 16 participants at language levels A1 to C2. The language courses are offered both on-site in Vienna and/or online. They cover a broad spectrum - from general language courses to improve language skills to specialized language courses that prepare students for academic and professional requirements in specific disciplines. These courses are particularly attractive for students who need to prove their language skills for a degree course or an Erasmus+ stay. Language proficiency certificates are very popular too. The Language Center also offers examinations.

      The attractive part about this is, that FERNFH students receive a 25% discount on the course fee!

       
      And if you pass the exam, ECTS points are shown on your course certificate, which can be credited at FERNFH as part of the alternative extensions (in the study programmes, where it is possible).  
      So if you are interested in learning a (new) language or need further language skills, take advantage of these courses supervised by competent lecturers for your personal development! We highly recommend this to you 🧡.

  • 🇩🇪 Deutsche Sprache | German Language

    Bitte beachtet, dass alle Lehrveranstaltungen an der FERNFH in deutscher Sprache abgehalten werden. Wenn Deutsch nicht deine Muttersprache ist, kannst du daher nur zu einem Studiengang, Lehrgang oder einer Lehrveranstaltung zugelassen werden, wenn du über entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse verfügst (Niveau B2 GER).

    Please note: All courses at FERNFH are held in German. If German is not your first language, you can therefore only be admitted to a degree programme or course if you have an appropriate knowledge of German (level B2 CEFR).
