Questions about login
O365 account (ie. FERNFH account)
If you want to change your password, go to the Microsoft website https://www.office.com, click on Sign in, log in and then click on the cogwheel icon in the top right-hand corner.
If you have forgotten your password, go to the Microsoft website https://www.office.com, click on Sign in and then on Forgot password. Enter your FERNFH e-mail address as your login name.
If you want to log in to the Online Campus but are already logged in with another Microsoft account, first go to the Microsoft website https://www.office.com, either log in directly with your FERNFH account or change your account afterwards. To do this, click on your profile in the top right-hand corner and then on Sign in with another account. You can then access the Online Campus.
Manual account
If you want to change your password, click on your profile in the top right-hand corner of the Online Campus and then on Settings. Then click on ‘Change password’ and follow the instructions.
If you have forgotten your password, click on Login to Online Campus and then on Forgotten password.
If you want to log in, use the login fields (username and password) on the login page.
Please note that by registering on the FERNFH Online Campus, you agree to the terms of use. Participation in one of our courses as a guest or applicant does not confer any further rights (such as admission as a regular student, the issue of a student ID card or the issue of certificates, etc.).
And please note: If you do not log in to the campus for more than 120 days, we will assume that you no longer wish to use our services and will delete your account (does not apply to regular students).
Guest access
You can access some areas as a guest. However, this only allows you to consume information. If you want to actively edit something, you need an account. To do this, you must either work, study or teach with us and receive a FERNFH account, or you can register yourself.
Mobile App
Please note that we have no direct influence on the Moodle app and therefore do not support it. If you still want to use it, we recommend logging in with a QR code. You can find this in your profile on the Online Campus (open in the browser).
