Diese Masterarbeit beschäftigt sich mit Prozessmanagement und den vorhandenen Lösungen der Informationstechnologie zur Unterstützung der Einführung, Durchführung, Aufrechterhaltung und Verbesserung eines Geschäftsprozessmanagementsystems. Darüber hinaus sind integrierte Managementsysteme Thema dieser Arbeit. Dabei werden insbesondere das Qualitäts-, Umwelts-, Arbeits-, Gesundheits- und Risikomanagement und deren Integration in ein Geschäftsprozessmanagementsystem beschrieben. Es wird anhand eines Projektes aus der Praxis eines dienstleistungsorientierten Unternehmens erläutert, wie Geschäftsprozessmanagement IT-gestützt in Unternehmen eingeführt werden kann und in welcher Form die integrierten Managementsysteme darauf aufbauend IT-gestützt und prozessorientiert in Unternehmen zertifizierungsfähig implementiert werden können. Des Weiteren wird eine mögliche unterstützende IT-Lösung für die Durchführung von Geschäftsprozessmanagement genauer beschrieben und dabei auch die Implementierung der IMS erläutert.

This master's thesis concerns with the business process management and the existing solutions of Information technology supported introduction, maintenance and improvements of a business process management system. In addition, integrated management systems are also subject to this thesis. Here, in particular the quality-, environment-, occupational health- and safety-management are described as well as their integration into a business process management.

Based on a project from the field of a service-oriented enterprise, it is shown how business process management supported by IT, can be implemented in companies and in which form the integrated management systems, supported by IT-based process management are certifiable implemented in an enterprise.

Furthermore a possible IT solution support for the implementation of a business process management and its IT and process oriented integration of the integrated management systems, is described in detail.
