Verzeichnis der Abschlussarbeiten

Das in dieser Bachelorarbeit erfasste Thema ermöglicht einen Einblick in das widersprüchliche Tätigkeitsfeld, in welchem Führungskräfte agieren. Dieses Tätigkeitsfeld besteht sowohl in Organisationen, als auch in der Rolle der Führungskraft. Für Führungskräfte stellen Dilemmata im täglichen Arbeitsbereich Herausforderungen besonderer Art dar. Zur Veranschaulichung der Widersprüchlichkeiten in den Organisationen und der Rollendilemmata in Führungssituationen, werden dabei die bereits genannten Hauptthemenbereiche theoretisch abgefasst. Die theoretische Vertiefung ermöglicht die Beantwortung der Frage, ob Organisationen selbst die Möglichkeit haben, Dilemmata vorzubeugen oder diese sogar zu lösen. Auf der Seite der Rollendilemmata bilden die Recherchen in der Managementliteratur die Basis für Antworten auf die Fragen, wie sich das Management der Dilemmata entwickelt hat, ob es neue Lösungsansätze gibt und welches die Hauptaussagen der Recherche sind.

The specific topic in this bachelor thesis gives an insight view to the contradictory tasks which executives, leaders and managers have to deal with. These particular situations occur in organisations or are part of the leadership character itself and therefore daily management task. To illustrate these contradictions the subject is divided into two main topics: The dilemmas which are shown in organisations and the dilemmas of personal leadership. This division helps to focus on the answers which ought to be given. Answers from the theoretically research of the organisational dilemmas which are: Is it possible for organisations to either prevent or even solve the dilemmas within the organisation system? On the other hand we focus on the personal side, the role of the leader. Management science, mainly from the last decade, builds the base to analyse leadership dilemmas. It should give us answers about: How was the management of dilemmas developing in the last 10 to 15 years? Did new solutions approach? What are the summarized key results?
