In der vorliegenden Arbeit wird eine Kommunikationsstrategie für den Bereich Investor Relations bei VERBUND formuliert. VERBUND ist ein börsennotiertes, österreichisches Stromunternehmen. Als Grundlage für die Konzeption der Kommunikationsstrategie dienen die Elemente nach Bruhn: Kommunikationsobjekt, Kommunikationszielgruppen, Kommunikationsbotschaft, Kommunikationsmaßnahmen, Kommunikationsareal und Kommunikationstiming. Eine Situationsanalyse des Unternehmens VERBUND findet sich ebenso in der Arbeit, wie die Eingliederung von Investor Relations in der Organisationsstruktur samt Schnittstellen und Zielgruppen. In die Kommunikationsstrategie einbezogen sind auch die Ergebnisse einer 2013 durchgeführten qualitativen Umfrage bei der Zielgruppe von VERBUND Investor Relations.

n the present work, a communication strategy for investor relations at VERBUND is formulated. VERBUND is a publicly listed Austrian electricity company. The basis for the design of the communication strategy are the elements according to Bruhn: Communication object, communication target groups, communication message, communication activities, communication area and communication timing. A situation analysis of the company VERBUND can also be found in the work, such as the inclusion of investor relations in the organizational structure including interfaces and target groups. Involved in the communication strategy are the results of a qualitative survey carried out in 2013 among the target group of VERBUND Investor Relations.
