The following research paper deals with the topic of employer attractiveness. It examines the factors which make up employer attractiveness from the eyes of the talents from Generation Y. Due to a variety of economic, demographic and social developments, companies have found themselves in the so-called "War for Talents”. The labor market has changed from an employer's market to an employee's market and companies are in a position where they need convince potential employees that they are a great place to work. In the empirical part of the study, 148 participants were asked which factors have the most influence on the attractiveness of a company. It was shown that for the talents of Generation Y, the characteristics "individual working time organization" and "work-life balance" are the most decisive ones. It was also found that talents from Generation Y are loyal and that they are interested in staying at a company for a longer period of time
