Diese Bachelorarbeit umfasst eine qualitative Studie zu folgendem Thema: Mitarbei
ter/innen Verhalten in wirtschaftlich schlechten Situationen. Daraus leitet sich auch die
zentrale Fragestellung ab, ob Menschen in dieser Situation Gehorsamkeit oder konformes
Verhalten zeigen.
Zu Beginn wird die Problemstellung und Zielsetzung dargestellt. Die gewählte Methode
wird erklärt. Fünf Personen werden innerhalb eines Unternehmens zum Thema separat
befragt. Im Rahmen der Auswertung werden die Interviews transkribiert, Case Summaries
erstellt und im Anschluss in Grob- und Feinkategorien zusammengefasst. Im Anschluss
findet eine Diskussion statt. Unterschiede und gleiche Meinungen werden hervorgehoben
sowie ein Rückblick zur Literatur durchgeführt.
Im Laufe der Arbeit hat sich herausgestellt, dass die Krise im Unternehmen Auslöser für
viele Umstände ist, die wiederrum die Mitarbeiter/innen positiv oder negativ beeinflussen
können.

This bachelor thesis includes a qualitative study. The main topic is about how employees
behave if the economic situation in the company is bad.
The introduction predefines the problem and the goal of the thesis while the main topic
deals with the question whether or not employees show conformity and obedience in such
a situation.
This study includes five interviews which were carried out separately. After the interview
part follows the analysis which includes the transliterated interviews, the case summaries
and some of its categories.
With these results a discussion is created. We will see differences and agreements of
various opinions.
The results show that employees and their job performances can be positively and nega
tively influenced by the situation of the company
