TikTok has significantly changed the content consumption behavior of users in recent years and is strongly influencing the perceptions of brands and companies, both in B2C and increasingly in B2B. This master's thesis examines the key factors for successful B2B marketing for online marketing service providers on TikTok.
Through an in-depth analysis of scientific sources on the one hand and tried-and-tested strategies and empirical values on the other, the quintessence of successful B2B marketing for online marketing service providers was extracted, it was determined which strategies can lead to the acquisition of leads, how to improve one's own visibility on TikTok and under which conditions online marketing service providers can achieve expert status on this platform.
In addition to lead generation, the focus is also on the success factors for TikTok videos, technical requirements, which messages need to be addressed to which target group, which hardware should be used for perfect sound and image quality, and details such as hook, editing and KPIs that can significantly influence the success of a video on the TikTok platform.
Through this work, online marketing service providers can strengthen their presence on TikTok, better target potential customers and increase their business success. This work thus contributes to the active development of effective B2B marketing strategies.
