Verzeichnis der Abschlussarbeiten

Diese Arbeit befasst sich mit dem Begriff der zugrundeliegenden Konzepte der Selbstorganisation und berücksichtigt dabei den aktuellen Forschungsstand zum Thema „Selbstorganisation“ und welche Bereiche bei der Umsetzung von Profit-Unternehmen betroffen sind. Hierbei werden vor allem die Konzepte Soziokratie, Holakraite, Agile Konzepte (Scrum, Kanban) und integrale Organisationen näher betrachtet und analysiert. Weiters werden grundlegende unternehmensseitige Themenstellungen im Bereich der Organisationsstruktur, Teams und Individuen, sowie Hierarchie und Führung beleuchtet. Es wird sowohl auf die Chancen als auch auf die Hürden in Bezug auf die Umsetzung selbstorganisatorischer Konzepte eingegangen. Insbesondere wird auf die Chancen und Widersprüche der Konzepte und deren Ausführungen in der Praxis eingegangen.

This paper deals with the notion of the underlying concepts of self-organisation, taking into account the current state of research on the topic of "self-organisation" and which areas are affected in the implementation of profit enterprises. In particular, the concepts of sociokratie, holakraite, agile concepts (Scrum, Kanban) and integral organisations are examined and analysed in more detail. Furthermore, fundamental company-related issues in the area of organisational structure, teams and individuals, as well as hierarchy and leadership are examined. Both the opportunities and the hurdles in relation to the implementation of self-organisational concepts are addressed. In particular, the opportunities and contradictions of the concepts and their implementation in practice are addressed.
