Verzeichnis der Abschlussarbeiten

Im Zusammenhang mit Wissensmanagement ist es von Bedeutung, das Nichtwissen zu berücksichtigen, um der Komplexität einer Organisation mit Hilfe der Kybernetik begegnen zu können. Das Identifizieren von relevanter und das Beseitigen von irrelevanter Information ist die Grundlage für die Schaffung von relevantem Wissen.  Die Kernfrage der vorliegenden Arbeit ist, ob sich das gezielte Beseitigen von Informationen institutionalisieren lässt und somit zu einen selektivem Wissensabruf beiträgt. Es handelt sich bei der Arbeit um eine kritische Auseinandersetzung auf Basis von verfügbarer und relevanter Literatur. Es erfolgt  weder eine quantitative noch eine qualitative Auswertung. Die notwendigen Begriffe aus der Systemtheorie, der Kybernetik und des Wissensmanagements in Organisationen werden entsprechend erläutert. Weiters sind deren Beziehungen und Abhängigkeiten zu- und voneinander dargestellt. Dem organisationalen Umfeld sowie der Verankerung und der Bedeutung des Wissensmanagements innerhalb der Organisation wird der Raum gegeben, in dem die Wissensbasis von Organisationen ihren Platz findet. Einen wesentlichen Teil der Arbeit stellt der Faktor Mensch dar. Wissen gibt es im Gegensatz zu Daten und Informationen nur in personifizierter Form. Das Funktionieren der menschlichen Wissenserzeugung und der Abgrenzung zum Nichtwissen dient als Basis, um daraus die Erkenntnisse für das Beseitigen von unnötigen Informationen in Organisationen zu gewinnen. Der Ausblick zeigt künftige Trends und sich ergebende Fragestellungen auf. 

Related to knowledge management it is important to keep in mind ignorance to deal with the organizational complexity by means of the principles of cybernetics. The identification of relevant and the elimination of irrelevant information is the basis for creating relevant knowledge. The core issue of this Master thesis is the question whether it is possible to institutionalize the specific elimination of information and therefore to contribute a selective retrieval of knowledge. The thesis is a critical discourse based on available and relevant literature. It is neither a quantitatively nor a qualitatively evaluation. The necessary terms regarding contents of the systems theory, of the cybernetic and the knowledge management in organizations are outlined in an appropriate way. Relations and dependence on and between are pointed out too. The organizational sphere, the anchorage and the significance of knowledge management within organizations are admitted a thought as it is appropriate for the knowledge basis of an organization. An essential section of this thesis is represented by the human factor. 

Knowledge is on the contrary to data and information bounded to human beings. Based on the function of the knowledge generation and the distinction of ignorance the realization how to eliminate needless information within organizations will come. At least the prospect will figure out some trends and consequent questions.
