Bewerbungsgespräche via VC-Tools sind zu einer gängigen Praxis geworden. Der demogra-phische Wandel und die zeitliche und räumliche Ressourcenschonung bringen das Interview als zentrales Element der Personalauswahl mittels VC-Tools in den Fokus dieser Arbeit. Diese Notwendigkeit, hervorgerufen durch Kontaktverbote und Social Distancing bewegen zu der Forschungsfrage: Welche Auswirkungen haben VC-Tools auf die intra- und interpersonelle Kommunikation im Rahmen des Interviews als zentrales Element der Personalauswahl? Mit-tels Literaturanalyse wird erarbeitet, ob und wenn welche Auswirkungen durch die Nutzung eines VC-Tool hervorgerufen werden. Festzuhalten ist, dass Bewerbungsgespräche ein hohes Maß an kommunikativem Wissen voraussetzen. Damit Kommunikation via VC-Tools gut funk-tioniert, braucht es einen hohen technischen und kommunikativen Aufwand.

Interviews via VC tools have become a common practice. Demographic change and the need to conserve resources in terms of time and space bring the interview as a central element of personnel selection via VC tools into the focus of this work. This necessity, caused by contact bans and social distancing move to the research question: Which effects do VC tools have on intra- and interpersonal communication in the context of the interview as a central element of personnel selection? By means of a literature analysis it will be worked out whether and if so which effects are caused by the use of a VC tool. It should be noted that job interviews require a high degree of communicative knowledge. For communication via VC tools to work well, a high level of technical and communicative effort is required.
