Das Ziel meiner Bachelorarbeit war herauszufinden, welchen Optimierungsweg für die
automatischen Buchungsprozesse von Kontoauszugsdateien in SAP die beste Lösung ist, damit
der Job, die Datei mit den Buchungen am Ende des Tages erfolgreich einlesen und abbuchen
kann. Durch die Optimierung muss mindestens 50% weniger manuelle Fehlerkorrektur
ausgeführt werden, ohne die Gesamtlaufzeit des SAP Jobs maximal um 1% zu verschlechtern.
Mit der Optimierung werden wir weniger Arbeitsaufwand für das SAP-Team und die
Buchhaltungsabteilung erzielen, damit sie mehr Zeit für anderen Tätigkeiten haben. Weiterhin
wurde geprüft, dass die schon ab 10 automatisch abgebuchten Posts, die Zeitersparnis
exponentiell steigen lässt im Vergleich zur manuellen Ausführung der
Kontoauszugsabbuchungen.
Der SAP-Prozess von automatischen Kontoauszugsbuchungen mit mehrmaliger Ausführung der
SAP Jobs (3X pro Tag), wird die Kontoauszugsbuchungen im SAP optimieren. Diese Optimierung
führt zu weniger Arbeitsaufwand und mehr Zeitersparnis für den Fachbereich und das SAP-Team.
Für die Validierung neben der Literaturstudie wurde der IST Prozess mit zwei optimierten
Methoden (3-malige, Iterative) im Testsystem simuliert und die Daten ausgewertet. Im Anschluss
wurden die Daten der diversen Methoden miteinander verglichen.

The aim of my bachelor thesis was to find out which optimization path is the best solution for the
automat posting processes of bank statement files in SAP, so that the job can successfully import
and post the file with the postings at the end of the day. Due the optimization, at least 50% less
manual error correction must be carried out without worsening the total runtime of the SAP Job
by a maximum of 1%. With the optimization, we will achieve less workload for the SAP Team and
the accounting department so that they have more time for other activities. Furthermore, it was
checked that the automatically debited posts from 10 posts increase the time savings
exponentially compared to the manual execution of the account statement debits. The SAP
Process of automatic bank statement postings with multiple execution of the SAP Jobs (3X per
day) will optimize the bank statement postings in SAP. This optimization results less work and
more time for the accounting department and for the SAP team.
For the validation in addition to the literature study, the IST process was simulated with two
optimizes methods (3 X, iterative) in the test system and the data was evaluated. The data from
the various methods were then compared on another.
