Die Zeitspanne zwischen Kundenanfrage und tatsächlichem Abflug kann, in Abhängigkeit der Dringlichkeit, entweder zwei Stunden oder zwei Wochen betragen. Im Extremfall bedeutet das innerhalb von zwei Stunden ein Flugauftrag fehlerfrei angeboten, organisiert und geplant werden muss. Falsche Luftfahrtinformationsdaten sowie interne Unternehmensdaten, die zum Zeitpunkt der Datenabfrage nicht korrekt sind, wirken sich gegebenenfalls negativ auf den wirtschaftlichen Erfolg aus und können womöglich bedenkliche Situationen während einer aktiven Flugdurchführung schaffen. Bedarfsflugunternehmen leben vom kurzfristigen on-demand, nicht-planmäßigen individuell Verkehr und sind folglich auf externe Luftfahrtinformationsdaten angewiesen und müssen sich auf ihre Richtigkeit verlassen. Das Problem der Verfügbarkeit von korrekten Luftfahrtinformationsdaten sowie Unternehmensdaten im Kontext zu den Kernaufgaben eines Bedarfsluftfahrtunternehmens stehen, soll anhand dieser Machbarkeitsstudie untersucht werden.

Correct as well as real-time aviation information data in combination with internal company data are an essential part of their success for aviation companies that operate and manage their aircraft on a global basis 24/7. The period between customer inquiry and actual departure can be either two hours or two weeks, depending on the urgency. In extreme cases, this means that a flight order has to be offered, organized and planned without errors within two hours. Incorrect aviation information data as well as internal company data that are not correct at the time of the data query can have a negative impact on economic success and can create critical situations during an active flight operation. On-demand airlines live from short-term on-demand, non-scheduled individual traffic and are therefore dependent on external aviation information data and have to rely on their accuracy. The problem of the availability of correct aviation information data as well as company data, which are in the context of the core tasks of an aviation company, is to be investigated based on this feasibility study.
