Ausgangspunkt der Arbeit ist, dass speziell bei Projektdienstleistungen personalwirtschaftliche Prozesse unverhältnismäßig viel Zeit in Anspruch nehmen. Dies kann sich negativ auf das Verhältnis zwischen Auftraggeber/innen und Kund/innen auswirken. Das Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es herauszufinden, ob der Aufwand für die Zeiterfassung, Reisekostenabwicklung Personal-Einsatz-Planungen und Abwesenheitsmeldungen deutlich reduziert werden kann, in dem diese Prozesse über eine grafische Benutzeroberfläche auf einem mobilen Endgerät durchgeführt werden können. Dafür wurde zunächst eine Online-Umfrage durchgeführt.. Anschließend wurde eine Anforderungsanalyse sowie eine Konzeption für einen Prototypen zur Durchführung dieser Prozesse innerhalb einer Maske auf einem mobilen Endgerät erarbeitet. Die Ausarbeitung erfolgte am Beispiel eines Projektes eines IT-Beraters des IT-Projektdienstleisters Auticon GmbH. Zum Schluss wird erläutert, wie Zeitaufwände tatsächlich reduziert werden können. Im letzten Kapitel wird der weitere Entwicklungsverlauf sowie die Einordnung in das Produkt- und Dienstleitungsportfolio der Auticon GmbH beschrieben.

The initial point for this thesis is that especially in project services personnel management processes take too much time. This can lead to negative impacts for the principal-agent relationship. The target of the thesis is to find out if the effort for timesheets, travel management processes, personal planning processes and absence notifications can be reduced significantly if this processes can be executed within one single graphical user interface on a mobile device. Therefore was conducted an online survey. Subsequently there was conducted an requirement analysis as well as the conception of a prototype within one single user interface for this application areas. The development process is oriented on a project of an IT consultant of the German project service company Auticon GmbH. In the final analysis of the thesis is presented how the expenditure of time for this processes can be reduced effectively. The last chapter of the thesis sets out the following steps of the development process of the application and the categorisation within the range of products and services of the Auticon GmbH
